Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases from The Glow Up Guide are non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Digital guides are delivered instantly upon payment. Because the content cannot be "returned" once accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit after delivery.

Exceptions We Do Consider

We want every customer to have a great experience. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
  • Your file was corrupted or undeliverable and we were unable to resolve it within 48 hours
  • You did not receive your download link and our support team could not resend it

How to Request Support

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us at management@tinayong.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

No Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are happy to resolve issues directly and promptly.
